Hi
I'm using ISBoxer with the wizard generated WoW setup (with some additions). I like to have my macro's ingame, but are having problems with modifiers. How do I get a simple macro like this (placed on fx. "2" on the main actionbar) to work when using ISBoxer?
/cast [mod:shift] Chain Lightning; [nomod] Lightning BoltI push the key - and Chain Lightning is always cast, holding shift makes no difference. What am I missing?
I would have to see your configuration to say, but it sounds like you've either enabled "Use FTL Modifiers" or "Hold" on a mapped key that should not have this enabled.
To add Shift+1 through Shift+= to the default 1 through =, all you have to do is follow WoW Quick Start Guide: Quickly add many hotkeys, optionally with auto-assist (http://isboxer.com/wiki/WoW:Quick_Start_Guide#Quickly_add_many_hotkeys.2C_ optionally_with_auto-assist). Many New Mapped Keys, right in the FTL DPS Keys, as shown in the screenshot is perfect.

Basically what you type on your keyboard first goes through innerspace, and whatever your setup is with isboxer, will translate to WoW.
So you haven't set up shift+2 in isboxer to send shift+2 to WoW.

Ahh ofc., that makes sense. Thanks Lax, and thanks to thefunk for the translation of Lax's answer :D

Got it all set up yesterday - and it works - most of the time.
If I hold shift and press "2" - they all cast chain lightning, if I press 2 without shift - lightning bolt. BUT, if i pound the "2" key like a mad multiboxer (no shift), they sometimes cast chain lightning! Very annoying. Any ideas?

No idea.
but I'm wondering if by pounding the key it confuses the macro and triggers the first thing? doesn't sound probable...
You should test it without innerspace (i.e. just load WoW normally and try it that way).
How to share your configuration for better support (http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=13#p13)
