I'm new to using laptop to multibox. Basically, here's the setup I intend to create:

Main PC - 1 WoW account windows - Main toon
1 Laptop - 2 WoW account windows - 2 alts
1 Laptop - 2 WoW account windows - 2 alts

Both laptops will be hooked to a 19" LCD monitor that will be placed vertically and will display 2 windows per LCD.

My question is, what is the latest laptop graphics card that can support such a setup (without the laptop burning to crisp anytime soon lol) And what are the specifications recommended on the laptop?

Thanks ahead for all the incoming help :)

The latest and greatest mobile graphics chips are the Nvidia 580M and AMD/ATI 6990M.
You don't necessarily need those to run only 2 wows per laptop though.
If you have a decent CPU (Intel i3 or i5) you'll be fine with most any recent graphics chip from Nvidia or AMD. For better performance, get a proc with 4 cores at least.

It really depends on your budget, but I would expect to spend a minimum of about $1000 per laptop.

Thanks :) Just got back to multiboxing but am at a loss since I sold away my 2 PCs. Out of touch since. Was thinking of using laptops. Will a ATI 6370 dedicated graphics for laptop support 2 windows for WoW running under XP? :) Model of laptop is Lenovo G475

Hard to say, as the 6370 is pretty low end. You could probably do 2 wow windows on the absolute lowest settings, if you have at least a 2 core processor with a decent speed. (2GHz or more).

Edit - I looked up the Lenovo G475 and it looks like it comes with a 1.6 GHz AMD dual core proc. That's also pretty low end, like the graphics. 2 wow windows, even at the lowest settings is going to be pushing it hard, in my opinion. I'm not saying you can't do it. You may have pretty low framerates in cities or 40 man pvp / 25 man raids.
