question about dk's Strangulate

Do we need to face the target to use strangulate? sometimes bloodtap + Strangulate failed on focus, I am afraid maybe it's caused by facing wrong direction?
Is there any solution for this problem? thanks

Go up to a Target Dummy, turn your back to it, and cast Strangulate. Does it work?

If it is because of direction perhaps IWT + Directional move will face your dk in the right direction without running to the target.

Yes you must be facing your target to strangulate.

Dk's are so gay that strangulate should work when they are turned with their back towards the target.

With IWT, slaves always circle around the target, which may cause failure to strangulate the focus(normally a healer), this problem is fatal during bursting time. I think many people find it in pvp, how about the solution?

My current solution is that: for current target, slave will strangulate if needed, for focus , only main do it.
