I forgot about the virus problems and clicked a link on the WoW forums. Now instead of playing WoW i'm doing a deep virus scan of my harddrive. It already found them but i want to complete the full can just in case. Hurray for one hour delay for being dumb... yeah...

Download and install FireFox.

Download NoScript from FireFox's addons page.

BTW I use the Avast Antivirus, it gives false positives on a select few things but it has saved my ass many times.

I have multiple copies of different versions of norton and other virus programs and they are all crap imo.

And i second the firefox thing. :D good luck with the problems man, and disable your system restore before u scan it, some viruses hide there too.

Avast is good stuff.

One night, I left my stereo on, which is connected to my PC. It was turned all the way up cause I was listening to metal earlier that night. I start a virus scan at 1 am, and im asleep now. At 3 am, my speakers start blasting that siren sound and say "WARNING WARNING", and I just about shit my pants as I flew out of bed, and bust my head on my ceiling fan.

Other than that, Avast is great lol.
