ok, im gonna go look up your specs, and copy the talent trees. Im having a hard time with my frost dks. BTW, do you have any specific rotation or macros youd care to share?

I kinda just make up my own rotation as I go, I have macro's n stuff but I'd rather just use all the spells separately. Just kinda go through the spells until I max out runic power then spam frost strike which normally has em killed by then. Necrotic strike is used a lot when healers are around of course :P Always use Pillar of Frost on bigger groups and if you're a fan of aoe, have pestilence ready. I try to save Lichborne for self healing. I personally have it glyphed because I play really defensively. Can't think of anything else...just throw questions out and I'll try to help :D

I'm quite the same as ibrforfun and having a blast. What exactly would you call a "hard time" as frost DK? And how many are you running? With 5 it's just complete rape for me (often results like *clicky* (http://www.vipeax.nl/av.png)) and the only abilities I did anything special with are rotating strangulate/deathgrip/hungering cold/mind freeze (<- casted every 2 seconds, triggered by Obliterate, Necrotik Strike & Frost Strike), macro'ing Icebound Fort to Lichborn & self-target to spam deathcoil with a targetlasttarget at the end. The rest is mostly just doing a rotation on the main and watch the jamba proc timers incase of special procs that I really want to use. It's very much possible to macro the 3 main abilities, but as DK has been my main ever since WOTLK, I prefer to just play them manually as much as possible.

Anyone have any idea why those repeater icons wont show up on my setup anymore? Even when I do the quick setup they aren't there.

Check to ensure the ISBoxer Addon is enabled in the Addon option screen in WoW. Sounds like its off. Even when doing new setups with the wizard....

My dk team is fairly newborn. levl 64. I dont have HCold yet. Right now ive gotten a nice macro from wiki that does FS PS, FS, pest, blood strike, and oblit, then repeats until new target.

I used blood spec at that level. Frost does not really shine until 70+ imo

Totally agree with that.

For me (after running multiple DK teams) it has shown that pre-70 blood is ideal as the scaling is just suck and Death Strike can outcrit Obliterate big time at that time, together with Heart Strike cleaving it's sick for both instances and leveling. At 70 and higher you should buy dual spec (it's cheap anyway) and make all of them frost to just make 1 spec back to blood for instances to make the healing easier. Frost generally started to do better for me at that point, both PvE & PvP.
If you want to do some BGs in between leveling frost is just rape compared to blood as people can't kite you at all and the Lichborn anti-fear + self healing wins.

Also, why would you want to use blood strike at all?
