Anyone have a decent 2-step Ret Pally setup? I've tried some of the older setup listed in various threads but nothing seems current.

I was looking for this myself, but haven't found anything yet.
For now, I'm just using the Prot pally 2-step macros, until I can find better, or I have time to figure it out myself.

There isn't much out there.

Right now I am using a setup that attempts to fire off all abilities on each keypress, in this order:

Hammer of Wrath, Templar's Verdict, Crusader Strike, Exorcism (macro), Holy Wrath, Judgement

The logic behind it is to get the most advatange out of divine purpose and art of war, without really worrying about building up holy power. I have tested it on target dummies and its about 15% DPS loss compared to doing the "optimal" rotation from elitest jerks et all, in the same gear and spec.

For exorcism I have a special macro that gaurantees it will only cast on an art of war proc, which is:

/stopcasting
/cast Exorcism
/stopcasting

This does not seem to reset the melee swing timer as I still get just as much white damage on recount as I do manually watching for the proc myself. However, if you use a macro like this do not spam the key more than about twice per second, or else the toon will get hung up trying to cast it over and over again as it cause a slight GCD each time it is pressed.

If you have any idea's feel free to respond! I am toying around with a setup that would use word of glory on cooldown instead of templar's verdict (hopefully both if it can be setup right), to make tank healing a little easier in 5 mans.

I played the ret pally solo for a while in a few instances and found that I needed the addon "FCFS" to tell me what to cast when. I haven't played every class and spec, but this is FAR more complex than any dps I've played so far. I really don't see how you could do a 2-step macro and get any sort of decent dps, since it's so reliant on random ability procs to determine what to cast at any moment in time.
