Druid + 4 DKS fun fun

Decide to give it a try this weekend with the 4 DK setup ( level 61) and the only healer class i had at their level was a druid. Was absolutely a blast. Im not a big pvp type person but when i put the druid in cat form and stealthed it made them go for the DKs first. Then out popped a healer and let the fun begin. Death grip on round robin pissed more than a few people off, and the lichbourne and escape artist was vital at some times. Nothing better than seeing a warlock running into your group hoping to fear bomb ya and to have nothing happen. Was the first time using Grid and clique with the repeater regions and it worked awesome, laid down some serious heals with little to no effort while the DK's gripped people into what i call a meat grinder. lol I did lose the odd DK once and a while but the Druid could revive them. Gonna have to level them to 85 for some fun....

i wonder how to arrange the Grid in AV(40 people), could the Grid only show that 5 characters that u play?
I get 1 pally and 4 DKs as well and didn't use Grid before.

You need to look up gridcustomlayouts as well

Also remember your Druid has Rebirth, which is a very fast casting battle rez spell.

Your DK's also have the same, Raise Ally or something similar... it costs runic power to use.
You could create a button for DK A targets Druid and casts that ability.. DK B targets DK A and casts that ability, etc...
Then anyone dies, and you spam that key.
Or however you want to go with it.

I think for BGs, any healer will do well. Arenas are a different story. I've considered leveling a druid to try with my dks.

so far its been really good, they just turned lvl 80 . I usually keep the driud in cat form stealthed so they have to target a DK first. (also helps with rogues) In BG's almost always in the top 5 for HK's and damage done. I put Hungering Cold into a 15 sec round robin sequence too, works well with multiple targets with just a minor decrease in DPS against single targets. In PVE it helps out too as some crowd control.

To answer a question about healing your team in a 40 man. Use Jamba to mouseover heal your team so its easy to find your team.

I replaced all my heal Hotkeys to mouse over macros:
"/cast [target=mouseover] Renew"

And disable self casting in the wow options so you can spam buttons without self healing if you don't need to heal your team.

Since I use /focus target and Interact with Target, I can keep my target one the player I want to kill, but just mouseover my team in Jamba to heal my guys.

You guys probably use something more fancy than me.

I'm using hotkeynet with 2 PCs.
