What program are you using? Do you have repeater activated (incase of ISboxer) ?

Also, try jamba. There are two threads for it stickied in the macros and addons forum.

I actually use zygors guide. it not only guides you with many options of wow adventures but theres also a feature to bind a key when interacting with quest giver or hand in cpu it will auto do everything instantly for handing in accepting its great. i use it with 4 to 5 toons.

I've used Zygor's in the past.

I personally had the most success running it on the driving toon only, and doing whatever needed to be done on the other toons first, and the driver last.

But as far as taking the same quest, Jamba (or mouse broadcasting is another option) is my preference.
Target the NPC with the lead toon.
Have the slaves assist the master toon, so they're all targeting the quest npc (you can press an attack key, if your slaves will auto assist the active toon to kill things).
Then press Interact With Target (while Click to Move is enabled)... sometimes needs to be pushed a couple of times, but usually once is good.
Then take the quest or the reward, and have the slaves mimic the main toon and do the same option.

Yeah I use Jamba and Zygor's Guide. However I let Jamba handle the quest selecting for my slave toons,

For example, I target the quest giver, I hit Interact with target hot key, then all characters follow suit by assisting my main, and opening the quest dialog as my main toon has done. Then Jamba pushes any window action within the quest window. When I click on a quest, my toons copy. and when I accept, my toons also copy. When turning them in I do that same process again. If there is a quest reward for gear, I use repeater if I don't care what gear I choose by selecting the most valuable item that I can vendor, or change windows and select the best piece of gear I can use on each toon. Mages would need intel items, tank would need plate and defense gear items, etc... Jamba I think can handle this too, but I like to handle that myself. If you have all the same class then I would just use repeater on all my characters to select the piece of gear I can use on them since they're the same class. Jamba actually has an option to select the same item as well so you can use that if you have all the same class, or type of class (casters that wear cloth, or plate wearers etc...)

For gathering quests I try to skip them if I can, however with ISBoxer its easy to change windows on the fly and gather what you need for each toon.

As an option you can have Jamba's quest watcher open or you can use Carbonite which shows any party member's status on a quest, multiboxing or not.
