Overload (mastery), then legendary staff proc on the initial spell. The overload can get duplicated as well by the staff (in theory).

Yeah, I'm wondering what the catalyst was. I know that there were people complaining that the staff was OP in PVP, but I doubt it was nerfed for that reason. How many people will eventually be PVP'ing with one?

Seems unfair to nerf a Legendary. If you went to all the time and effort to get it, you SHOULD be raping faces with it.

Word has it that it is about 15% right now and getting nerfed down to 10%
