Wiki Extensions

Guys,

I would like to add the following extensions.

ParserFunction - http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/ParserFunctions
DismissableSiteNotice - http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DismissableSiteNotice
CategoryTree - http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CategoryTree
ExpandTemplates - http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ExpandTemplates

ParserFunction is a key extension as it will allow us to simplify our template use through conditional templates.
All of these templates are in use on Mediawiki and Wikipedia

I think the following extensions could be useful

ContributionScores = http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Contribution_Scores

Sounds very cool. I'm looking forward to learning more about all of the leet wiki technology. I say go for it! :P

I would say, implement them. If you don't want to use them you can leave them on the side.

Maybe a nice template / stylesheet would be a big plus also. Itemstats for item linking / questlinking /etc. And maybe even integrate the forum user account with the wiki?

Forum integration isn't likely to happen, not unless Majestic gets a load more time on his hands ;)

BTW for Item linking, I want to use wowhead... it is the site I trust the most and has a nice clean system.

It's also the easiest.

Just add: <script src="http://www.wowhead.com/widgets/power.js"></script>

Then anything that links to wowhead.com automatically gets the info pulled.
