I have created an Azeroth instance template. it is added using {{Azeroth Instance:<continent>}} where continent is either Kalimdor, The Eastern Kingdoms.
In fact it can be anything basically the template adds the instance into the Azeroth Instances Category and in the <continent> atlas category
