Party or Player Name Cooldown Addons

What is everyone using to see their raid/party/others cooldowns?

I know Hermes works but what about a specific player?

Didn't PowerAuras used to do that? Did they remove that ability in the LUA?

I always used Deadly Boss Mods with Spell Timers.

Haven't played in a while, so I don't know if it still works, but the display should show the spell name, cooldown remaining and who cast it.
