Shammy PvP Gems

Should i gem all for haste, i have a few gems for +resilence (yellow) but i can do the haste and resilence, should i waste my time changing them out? currently my haste is at 946 and my resilence is at 4k

Just wondering from the pros

Intellect is our best stat period! I screw gem bonuses and go for pure intellect, and I use the spell pen neck which gives you the spell pen cap. I never waste gem slots for resilience, and currently im sitting on 4 k resilience. I reforge all critt/haste to mastery :)

k thanks for the input, i had reforged crit into haste, i'll re gem and change the forging around and see how it works. I just got all season 10 yesterday, and they are so much easier to play now that nobody can take me down.
Gear really does matter more than skill in pvp now. I didn't even know, i haden't pvped in a couple years.

Prio list:

1. Get 5 % hit chance
2. 195 spell pen so ppl dont resist your hexes
3. Chose either haste or mastery. If you chose mastery, reforge critt, haste, spirit and hit to mastery
4. Stack intellect in every gem slot.
5. = profit

Just take a look at your character screen. You need enough hitrating to hit level 85. :)

i'm maxxed on hit, just gemmed all int gems, now i dont run out of mana! loving it, can't really see a change in survivability but shamans are lacking in that dept anyways.

Ok this is something I just noticed, but is troubling. Why is the upgrade from 358 crafted to the 371 so insignificant in resilience increase? If you drop the final 2 pieces of crafted (bracer and boots lets say) you LOSE 400 resilience and gain a little stamina and spell power. WTF, I dont want to feel like I have to wear that shit.

lvl 85 spell hit cap is 4%. It means that for every class you need to get 4% hit from items/gems/enchants (including spirit converting talents). If you are a dranei, the spell hit cap is still 4%, but you 'll only need to get 3% hit from items/gems/enchants to reach the cap, obviously because you got 1% racial.
