4 shaman and my holy paladin

I'm doing the BG grind with this team and while having a dedicated healer is nice... it takes away from the teams strengths. But its difficult to leave out my achievement whore paladin. Ugh why did I make him my achievement guy? So conflicted on this. Leave him out or keep him in?

Yeah the only thing I can see is bringing him in on AV or Isle of Conquest weekends. That way I dont feel like hes wasting a slot that a real healer can take.
