death grip/outbreak help?

ive got it set up like ths

Step 1

Dk 1 - Death grip
Dk 2 - Outbreak
Dk 3 - Outbreak
Dk 4 - Outbreak

Step 2

Dk 1 - Outbreak
Dk 2 - Death Grip
Dk 3 - Outbreak
Dk 4 - Outbreak

ETC with Death Grip going down the list

is that set up properly for one dk to death grip and the other 3 to use outbreak at the same time?

because at the moment it looks like only 1 outbreak is going out per death grip
