Pala + Shaman - what is possible?

Hey guys,

currently I'm dual boxing my prot pala and shaman team to 85.
I was wondering what is possible to do with these both guys? I guess Heroics WOTLK should be easy? But what about the cataclysm and raid content?

I ideas? Experience?

Two really isn't much different than 1. You should be able to do just about everything since you'll have at least 3 other players who can deal with gimmicks. It's when you're trying to manage everything yourself that things can get tough, like pulling levers in H. Halls of Origination.

Nah, I mean "solo" dungeons, not in a group with the team.

I just saw a few videos prot palas soloing different things... and then I thought, what is possible with a healer/DD as toon, how much more is possible?

The two characters, there is a going to be a big gearcheck before you can man handle cataclysm content with your two characters, but with just a days worth of questing at level 80 you can do the wotlk heroics.

If your totally against using a guild or the dungeon finder to pickup extra people it could be a drag. Is your shaman a healer? if you know the fights this could be pretty easy, especially if you can realid some people for dps (on these forums for example and get three lonely mages and blow shit up)

I would suggest off-specing Holy for the pally and doing BGs. Holy pally ele shaman is really awesome. That way you can get some really nice PvP gear quickly in BGs.

Also, you could join 5-mans random as a tank/dps combo and get JP/Valor points to gear up. Instant Q's.

Once you gear up - then you might have a good chance soloing some of the newer instances - maybe normal at first then heroic.
