I have been using Keyclone for a long long time and its good for basic stuff.
But there must be something about IS boxer since most use it so I thought I would give it a try again.
But I am bacially hitting 3 walls right out of the box
1. I got more than one Wow installed on my pc. Reason is I use one for raiding with one character and another for boxing. And now I made a third just for IS boxer, Jamba and Combuctor. But I cant tell IS boxer toolkit wizard which of the three libs it shall choose. The only time a field displaying the placement is when I export to Inner Space but its greyed out.
2. when I have to enter my password I cant use h in it since that key is blocked and I cant find where that is.
3. I run on 2 screens. I want the main one on screen one and the slaves on screen two. The slaves are fine but the main windows just takes up a small faction of the screen even though I choose it to use the full screen. Right now that means I cant accept the terms of the TOC on wow for my main account.
thanks in advance. Most likely its some stupid noob mistakes but I hope you can help

1. I may be missing something, but I dont think you need a complete install of a third wow.exe directories, just for addons. Perhaps if you can neck it back down to just 1.. ISB will remember your settings when it loads the character. (I.e. load the addons for that particular character set)
2. You must have "h" bound to something specific. Open a single wow client, without using ISB software to open it, and go to that particular character... in the keybind page, check the ckeckbox for "this character only", or whatever it says specifically, at the top of the screen... then remove the "H" keybind thats causing the problem.
3. If you run the setup quick wizard, you are able to select a dual monitor setup, when you get to the end of the wizard...you can choose from premade and typical setups for monitors... for example: choose where the slaves go, and what size, with leaving a space for the start menu bar or not... many options. And if you want to further customize it, you can go into the menu items on the right hand side of that particular window, (once you select a screen preference), and alter it further to specifics.

One of the major benefits of using ISBoxer is that you DON'T need multiple config files or wow install directories. You can play solo/raid by just launching WoW using the regular launcher, and you can multibox by launching IS / ISboxer and using a shortcut within that for launching your boxing team. You don't need to redo anything within WoW itself to multibox, as you can configure everything inside ISBoxer. In other words, you can setup boxing specific macros and keybinds that exist ONLY in ISboxer and not worry about them interfering with solo/raid play when you play without ISboxer. Let me know if this doesn't make sense and I can explain in more detail.

thanks for the answers but sadly they dont help.
yes i need more than one wow installation. i use a lot of addons when i raid and i dont want to disable 50 addons each time I just wanna box.
2. h is not bound to anything. its normally bound to player vs player window but I actually has unbound it from it since I never pvp. But it doesnt really matter since its at the login screen while starting wow. So the key must be blocked in IS somewhere.
3. I did use the wizard and I did chooce the setup via it. Problem is since I cant choose which wow installation it must use IS uses one that runs in 1280x768 and that displays only a potion of the window.
so really the main problem is that i cant choose the library

You have to go into inner space to and tell it what file to use when it launches WoW.
1. start up inner space it if isn't already running
2. Right click in your tool bar and select, "Configuration"
3. Select, Game Configuration" and in the drop down menu select world of warcraft.
4. Select the, "startup" button.
5. in the, "Command to execute at this step of the sequence" put in your file location for the folder you want to execute.
6. Apply changes and the next time you execute from inner space it will use the proper file location.
As for your "H" key bind issue, that key is not bound to any commands on the initial ISBoxer install. Did you mess around with any of the key maps in ISBoxer? You could Save As your file for a back up and then clear your ISBoxer setup to see if that is the case. If you haven't mapped any keys in ISBoxer I would clear my data and setup the team again. The Wizard is really easy to use and if you have already done it once it is even easier.
If you don't want to go that route you can expand out your Key Maps in ISBoxer and then check one section at a time starting with General, to see if you have H mapped to any command. It shouldn't take you too long do to this. I suspect it is mapped to something in ISBoxer because you can log in without it.
Hope this helps you.

"H" isn't bound to anything by default through using ISBoxer's wizard. Only your home number row and other
key combinations which include modifiers. This is covered in the WoW Quick Start Guide (http://isboxer.com/wiki/WoW:Quick_Start_Guide#Hotkeys_created_by_the_Quick _Setup_Wizard_for_WoW). If you believe "H" is
being intercepted by Inner Space then you can test this by disabling your keymaps (which you should be doing (http://isboxer.com/wiki/WoW:Quick_Start_Guide#Logging_into_the_game)
when you type your password in anyway (http://isboxer.com/wiki/WoW:Quick_Start_Guide#Logging_into_the_game)).

The link in the Quick Start Guide for using multiple folders takes you right here (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Multiple_game_folders) on the same Wiki.
Everything I linked comes directly from what you see in ISBoxer's browser window (upper right pane) under
the section Getting Started Multiboxing with ISBoxer. ISBoxer is usually difficult for long term Keyclone
users to immediately adapt to. I can only suggest reading that entire Quick Start Guide from start to finish and
then continue to adventure deeper into the Wiki. Another thing I will suggest is stay away from white/
blacklisting your keyboard keys. While ISBoxer can be used this way, it's not recommended to use
it in that fashion. White/blacklists have been old news ever since mapped keys were introduced.
EDIT: No replies for 8 hours and then all of a sudden 2 people beat me to the punch. =(
I really dont think you have to disable 50 addons every time you want to MB. Maybe I have a special version of WoW... For me, I have nearly 41 addons. (I counted). When I make a new toon, I choose the toons name from the dropdown menu on the upper left (on the addon selection screen), then disable all, and then check the 7-8 I need for that toon.
Its really weird. When I play other toons, all their addons load, and when I MB only the ones I selected load.
Plus, lets say you have 100+ addons in your wow/interface folder. WoW doesnt load all the unused ones. Come to think of it, with three seperate wow folders, you have taken up more space on your HD, and you have 3 different wow.exe configuration files, and each of those different files have similar toons profiles in them. That to me seems like it could render you a conflict nightmare.

Get Addon Control Panel (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/acp.aspx).
Go into the game.
Hit Escape to bring up the default menu.
Click the new Addons button.
Enable whatever mods you want for multiboxing and save it as Set 1.
Enable the addons you want for Solo play and save it as Set 2.
Create a macro like this for your multiboxing team -
/acp removeset Set 2
/acp addset Set 1
/console reloadui
Create one like this for your solo toon
/acp removeset Set 1
/acp addset Set 2
/console reloadui
Instant 1-button swap between addons.

thx for the help with loading the right folder
still cant find any reason for H not working when pressing my password. On main account H is disabled in key bindings and on the slaves it still opens the player vs player as is wow standard
i got to test it a bit with some new taurens with a pally tank and 4 shamans (good old combo :))
I like to move with my mouse when I run from mob to mob, but that tends to break follow so all are running in all kinds of directions. Only solution so far is kill mob, loot mob, turn of broadcasting, run to next mob, turn it back on, rinse and repeat.
still looking for an answer to speed that up.
you dont need broadcasting on all the time... especially moving. Really, most ISBoxers dont use it much. Maybe when its convenient to all click at the same time, on screen, for a single quest, or item. but if anything is going to be repetitive, use your dps keys and the ATL+F for follow. You should also run Jamba so you can set it up to use autofollow after combat.
you can mount on flying mounts, lift off, and the others will follow precicely.
Rarely ever use broadcasting.

People don't play with mouse broadcasting enabled, nobody does that. Everyone who has successfully
accomplished any actual feat in the game's current content while multiboxing plays by using /follow. What
you've stated about having follow break and having your characters run off in different directions while
broadcasting the mouse is not a new discovery and it is not new information -- It's exactly what has always
happened with the game's mechanics since day 1 and that's why people use /follow. So many people have
asked the same question so many times it's right on the ISBoxer Wiki (http://isboxer.com/wiki/FAQ#Why_do_my_toons_move_in_different_directions.3 F) (the same place I pointed you to
yesterday).
If you want to play some other way than "the norm" then you're going to have to deal with the inconveniences
and the drawbacks of doing so. Blizzard was nice enough to provide players with the ability to follow each other
and we use it all day and every day of our multiboxing lives.
