Unfortunately, there is no right to trial or habeus corpus for WoW players. Sucks, but there it is.

I found were to go to make an appeal, says it will take longer than 24 hrs to have them respond to it but this better not give me longer bans in the future....

Ahh Drarkan! that would have been smart... i already made a ticket though =(

Phone support and ask for an explanation, and inform them you did nothing against the EULA and why would this be any different than what you've done before. Demand a lift of your ban, or you will cancel all subscriptions and change games. Might work

sweet! they have overturned my suspension!
but they wrote in their reply to go look over the Terms of use
"..use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the World of Warcraft experience..."
not sure what to think about that...

If you were in a BG and some guys got seperated and you ran back to get them, while they were standing around doing nothing they might have been reported.

There has been a change to the afk reporting feature. Basically if enough players report you afk, you get booted immediately, even if you are in combat (which means that a 5 boxer can boot anyone in a 10m bg, unless it requires more than 5 votes). When it happens 3 times you are banned for a day. There has been numerous reports about this on several forums. Since some lolkids like to spam 'report x, he is afk'. Most ppl don't check and then the guy in question gets auto booted.

In addition, I used to afk out of a bg when I got a phonecall or when I was playing with nabs. Been a while ago, but eventually got too many times booted and got 3h ban. Spoke with a GM and asked him if you could get banned from leaving the BG, and that is not a problem at all. So basically if doorbell rings, if dog/woman starts to bark I just leave the bg and take a 15m deserter rather than risk to afk out.
