Only downside was it was done as Alliance and maybe use 5 accounts to make it stand right out on the real affects that can be achieved.

I didn't use 5 accounts because I would have had 4 accounts attacking and I would have been one-shotting
every single mob without the need for a healer. At the time, I wasn't boxing either so I only had trials at my
disposal. You'd also be surprised as to how many people only want to level a Tank/Healer or DPS/Healer
combo.

On yor screen when you clicked Viewer to drag it over grid, the names were displaying in the viewer, on min eits just a green box thats transparent.

I don't know why you would get a blank screen if both your viewer and source names were identical, both your
viewer and source are being used on the correct windows, and you're not trying to do this across multiple PCs.

Note that this won't work on multiple-PC setups.
You're right, I should have mentioned it again in the new video. I mentioned it in one of the original videos (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FY_IatEInWo) I
did for Video FX (Video Feeds at the time). Every time I publish a new video I find 20 things I could have
improved on regardless if I watched it 100 times prior to releasing it. :)

Im using 5 clients on 1 pc, I tried this while having only 2 open, 1 the healer, other the dpser, did it exactly same way as said in video,healer screen was the source, dpser screen was the viewer and it doesnt turn out like the video at all.

The only other thing I can think of is that you've disabled Windows Aero, which is necessary in order to use
Video FX.

Wow! I had no idea the new video FX feature will let me put my healers bars with repeater regions built in on everyone's screen. Looks like I have to change my setup. The old way was to have vuhdo installed on everyone's screen with a repeater region. Today I just discovered you no longer need to reloadui after you make changes in isboxer.

Any changes made in ISBoxer that alter the ISBoxer add-on in anyway require a /reload because WoW needs
to refresh the add-on.

Yep your right, I didnt have Aero enabled and its working but its all blurred on other screen, distorted looking and cannot make out the names maybe its too small ? Other issue is mouse pointer looks magnified or something and huge lol

And every time I click to resize and apply its auto saving the box to not the same size its way larger then the actual grid size I created.

It's right in the Wiki page I linked:


If the Video FX source region is in a scaled down window, the Video FX viewer will also be affected (i.e. pixellated). This feature is therefore most useful with larger "slave" windows, which do not need to be visible and may be hidden behind other windows. The 'Stacked full screen' style from the wizard (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Window_Layout_generator) is ideal. Note that minimizing a window will usually stop it from rendering entirely.

I should try this some day but for the time being i've been setting up healbot in the same location on all my windows, and just using repeater. Works fine, but a pain in the ass to setup if you ask me. I think I'll just use healbot with videoFX instead. I'll give that a try and see how that goes. Now when you change windows how will that show on your other toons?

Just create another viewer in each window that you would require your source in.

this does not work in pip wndows for me, well it does but its distorted and cannot make it out.. so I did what wiki said about using stacked windows... that was better except why does my leaders window who I put the viewer on, have 2 mouse pointers when I am moving it over to where the healing grid is ?
has one and then another a little below it, and i need to make sure the top mouse pointer is the one that is over the healing grid, as the shadowed one, 2nd one, does not work, but is visibly there. :/
