Boxing 2 mages and a healer

I was wondering if anyone had a nice guide to how i can efficiently use a slave as a healer in dungeons and raids. I seen a video a while back about using isboxer videofx to heal. When i tried it though the window i had streaming just had a blurry box that didnt come out too well. As a sidenote if anyone knows any macros that would make playing arcane or frost/fire mages while having the healer as a main and the mages as slaves ill also be a bit interested in that. Sorry for all the questions, i tried looking it up in the forums and most video's and other things i found seemed like they were more for people who already had a general idea to how to box properly.

How you actually use macros will depend on what you are using to multibox.
