Boxing on new server Cairne

Just to let you guys know there are three of us 5-boxers on Cairne so far, if anyone else wants to roll on a new server. Server is about 2 weeks old now and no transfers for 6 months. Guld name is The Zerg. :D

edit- guess it would help to mention we are horde side.

It's not so bad there - I rolled up last night for the heck of it and joined the Zerg. I might reroll my guys there though because idiot me created them in the wrong order so now my party list is backwards! I know, minor thing but it bugs me and the team is only level three at the moment. Besides, I'm not sure I like my new naming convention - I've got Team Fruit Salad (all named after fruit) and might go back to the traditional "A/B/C/D/E" concept. *shrug*

I have also rolled toons on Cairne. I'm only running 2 accounts right now as it is my first time but will add more once I get a better hang of it. I'm alliance btw.

There are a couple of us 5 boxing on the alliance side as well. This server seems to be the opposite of most as the alliance seem to be leaning toward the more mature player. I rolled Horde at first and wanted to strangle 3/4 the population almost immediately. If you roll alliance, give Xsync a holler.

Rolled some UD Locks on Cairne this mornin, luckily caught KS online and got an invite to the Zerg right off the bat, was nice enough to offer me linen bags for all my guys too lol, much thanks :p

Interesting experience though...my other boxers I rolled and lvl'd with little issue, but on Cairne with a bunch of other noobs around I had 3 people following me at all times(other people, not a multiboxing joke LOL) watching without saying a word as I kept 1-2 shotting everything with 3shadowbolts/3 imp's firebolts lol; one person out of all of them whispered me and asked how I did it, told him it was multiboxing with 3 accts and he said "LOL I need to do that too"

I might join you all as well. I've been having more fun 3-boxing my mains without a multiplexor, than 5 boxing with, so maybe I'll start up another 3 box and cut 2 accounts.

It'll be Nyxon, Illyrica, and Bawlf (Orc warlock/BE mage/Undead priest)

I went through the same thing on this server with people following me around. Hasn't happened since i hit 20+ though. But people still stop all action when i run by and just watch me till i'm out of sight. probably trying to figure out how many people on autofollow are in that clump of BEs.

Glad to see all the interest in alliance. So far we have 3 sets of active 5 boxers in our guild {Reign} and i know of at least 4 other groups of 3-4 boxers. I typically hate alliance, but since I already have my horde groups I wanted to give it a shot. The people on Cairne Alliance have been really great about boxing, and I haven't had a single issue with Multiboxing since lvl 10 and even of those 3 people 2 have quit and one later apologized after getting his ass flamed by everyone in general. Unlike my old server, people try to give me gifts all the time or pay me to do "tricks" etc. The other thing with this server was the accessability to guilds. The boxers in our guild have been offered entry into every big guild up so far. Sounds like Horde has it just as good over there. Either way, if you looking for alliance just give me or anyone on in Reign a shout.

On a side note: This server is populated 2-1 alliance and the emberstorm battlegroup is, from what i understand, the lowest skilled battlegroup out there. Seems like a good place to get your opportunity to melt some faces while you get your skills tweaked.

I hope to be back on sometime this weekend Xsync. My tankadin on my original realm is 30% to 69 so I'm going to make the final push and get him to 70 before going back to Cairne regularly and also my parts should all be in by the end of next week which will make 5 teaming so much better. I can run 3 but when I get 5 going......lag unless I stay in the starter area. I can't wait for xfers to Cairne to open up in 5-1/2 months, so far I really like Cairne, hopefully it will keep on being a great server.

Got my toons up to 30 last night. Getting a little worried about cash. Turns out multiboxing on a new server is alot tougher financially than solo play. Had to drop all my trade skills excluding tailoring and start selling my ore and skins. 10 levels from bying 4 mounts and i'm nearly broke. Any suggestions on how to make some cash multiboxing? Now i see why others rolled 4 locks and a priest. lol. Oh btw, to answer the prev question, Cairne is PvE server.

Economy on a new server is really shitty, nobody has money :(
I tried to sell some ores but a stock of copper only sell for 20s while on my other server (Lightbringer) it sells for 1g minimum (usually 1g50 to 2g).
I barely have enough to buy new skills

Got my tankadin to 70 then 2.4 hit and only been back to Cairne once to check mail. XSync had been on one of his toons 12 days prior to that but over 30 on the others, lol. I was losing mail that I had mailed between my characters, that's how long it was since I had gone back.

Since building my new computer I've been working on a 5-shammy team on my original server, Moonrunner[A]. Now I know why you all do shammies. Get in trouble? Drop some totems, lol. They just hit 40 and got their mounts. They pwn mobs pretty well even when undergeared for their level, just awesome.

As for Cairne...not sure if I'll be seriously playing there but it sure was a nice server when I did play there.

FYI for those thinking about it. DON'T roll to this sever. BTW, it is closed now until later in the summer. lately the queue times were as high as 450 (20 minutes to log in). I have 3 level 30+ here and abandonded them to go to another server. Horribly latency a well and for boxers, that just plain sucks.

If your wanting to MB on Alliance PvE server. I have a guild on Hyjal Alliance called X FIVE, just two of us there atm. I made it so my mains GMs don't get tells about me when I'm whooping ass in the BGs. In game mail Whitelyon if your interested.

( just two of us MBs in the guild atm..lots of MBs on the server though. I have seen 4 or 5 alliance and a few horde 5 boxers just in passing.)

As far as queue times ago, this server does suck because many people re-rolled here (it was the first time in a while that blizzard opened a new server back in late February). But being one of the youngest servers, it does have that freshness of toons still being relatively new.
