I'm really enjoying multiboxing a five-man team in Rift. It runs fairly smooth on such a pretty game, and the mechanics are a lot of fun. The team is currently at level 30, exclusively PvE leveling.
Right now, I have a warrior tank which I run as the main, with a cleric healer and a rogue/mage/mage dps squad.
The warrior (Reaver/Paladin/Warlord) is real easy for aoe threat, especially when you've leveled up enough to put some points into reaver spec. Survivability was a little shaky at lower levels, but threat is never a problem.
The rogue is bard specced, with emphasis on the party buffing utilities, plus some points into ranger to get the dps pet.
Mages are mainly necromancers, with powerful pets and easy management. I put some points into chloromancer on one of them for some extra healing early on, not sure if I'll need that in the long run.
Anyway, I can really recommend boxing Rift if you're looking for something fun to do. I needed a break from wow, and this is perfect.
