I see someone has made the guild Legion of Boom on SWTOR, and they are going republic AKA jedi.

I would like to collect all the multiboxers that want to play together as Sith. We got a guild up and running called Revenant.

Sign up, throw up an app on the forums, say you are a multiboxer or know me and it will get put through right away and then sign up on swtor.com andjoin the guild for launch.

Once I find the person who made the legion of boom guild, I will have them put our guild as an enemy, so we will get placed on the same server, so we can pwn each other ;)

Is there a clear cut good vs evil going on here or is it just just my agenda vs your agenda and the other side thinks im evil?

This is my personal opinion:

The Republic assisted by the Jedi order, are trying to bring peace to the galaxy. The republic views the Sith Empire as evil, and though they do not strike out against them, they defend and push them out of their space when they can. Some of the higher levels of both the Jedi and Repiblic think that peace can be obtained without an all out war.

The Sith Empire views the republic as week and misguided. The race of the Sith was found by dark jedi and interbreeding created the race of what we now call pureblood Sith. The Sith Empire views everyone except force sensative humans and sith purebloods as gravel beneath their feet, there to be crushed and used to their liking. An interesting fact, if a sith pureblood is born with out being force sensative, it is either killed or sent to slavery. Once a child shows their force prowess they are sent to the academy.

The Jedi believe that the force is there to bring peace, and through meditation and training, comes true power. They embrace the light side of the force, and view the darkside as powerful, but ultimately corrupting and destroying everyone who embraces it.

The Sith embrace the darkside, and view the Jedi as mistaught fools. They respect the great Jedi warriors, but their school of thought is that only through battle, death and use can one master the force. The Sith view their entire lives as a journey to understand the force better, and the only way to do that, is to fight the Jedi.

With absolute power comes corruption though, several Sith Lords obtained power, and instead of leading the Empire to power resulted to trickery and deception to "negotiate" advantages with the Republic, which has caused a huge rift in the Empire. One side things that there is honor in combat, and they should stand and face their rivals. The other is bent on wiping out the Jedi Order and ruling the known universe.

I guess my personal view is, each side see's the other side as they "bad guys", but there is no good or evil, only light and dark. And both sides have their honorable warriors, and their power hungry fools. The Empire embraces battle and choas while The Republic embraces peace and harmony. So your agenda VS agenda is a good way to put it.

I think in the earlier stages of the timeline the Empire was more noble and had more dynamics at play, and the movies were at the end when the Empire had changed and the Dark Lord was finally reaching the culmination of his extermination of the Jedi.

TL:DR - i am rambling, its hard to put to words my views lol... i personaly think both sides are good, but the empire is driven by an evil person.

Somebody "registered" Legion of Boom on SWTOR, I forget who, it isn't active though and has no members. If you look it up on SWTOR.com it will tell you who started it, you can contact that and get things moving.

I see it more like Jedi = Alliance = goody goody two shoes... And Sith = Horde = annoyed by the antics of the "entitled" Jedi.

Neither side is particulary evil. But then again, neither are 100% good.

The alliance (humans) thought they were simply expanding their home and exploring. The horde (orcs) saw this as tresspassing upon their home. Neither would budge. A war was started. (Warcraft 1).

Personally, I like the power and even a little warmongering... I got horde in me, and so Im happy to play the Sith...

Of course its just a game, so if you choose one side or the other, WHAT you do with you character really is whats important. If you sit in trade chat and grief every person you find, vs, a player who sees a lowbie about to die from a mob, and decides to stop what theyre doing to help...

As a WOW mboxer who played all alone on Moon Guard for two years before I found Oathbreaker's Zerg on Magtheridon, let me strongly urge you to join a guild with lots of boxers! Instead of being an anomaly you can be part of a brotherhood! It is much nicer to be among gamers with similar interests and abilities.

I suppose you dont *have to register with www.revenantgaming.com (http://www.revenantgaming.com) to become a guild member with the other 45+ members, (mostly all multiboxers now), and 3 guild alliances ~ 25+ each...

You could just go to the www.swtor.com/forums/ (http://www.swtor.com/forums/) and search for sith guilds, and apply to any one you want.

For me personally, I did it because, a lot of the gentlemen I have played with are or went there. I prefer to play with mature people. It cost me an email address worth of my time. So I thought it wasnt a big deal.

A lot of the www.swtor.com (http://www.swtor.com) advertising guilds are using youtube to promote and off-site guild websites to establish the guild before game begins... so that youre already familiar with your guild members, before the game launches.

Yeah, each weekend batch is going to be seperate from the long term testers. and long term testers are seperated into seperate groups and asked to focus on different things. After being in for a bit it seems that it will be super tough to meet up with people you know unless you get in on a weekend test together lol

Again, this isn't the place to argue. Pin has been offered a spot in REV, so it's up to him. There were other emails asking him(as well as others) that his trial was up and we needed to know if he was still with us before the removal email.

I've always been about PvE content, especially when it comes to boxing. I'll do battlegrounds sometimes for fun, but I'm mostly interested in quests, dungeons and raids. And that first time on a PvP server was before I started boxing, and it was an unpleasant experience.

Hey Pinot! I hope it has not already gone too far, and that you will still consider joining the greatest grouping of multiboxing talent in SWTOR. Most of the boxers from Legion of Boom and the Zerg are in Revenant already. It is the best place for a boxer to be as we await the release of the world's most anticipated MMO.

I understand where you are coming from: you work hard in two jobs and would rather spend your limited 'free time' in a game playing instead of reading forums. Before I got totally sick of Cataclysm, I NEVER spent time in forums. I have closed down my five WOW accts and in my hunger to read of the upcoming SWTOR, I have been posting on Reventgaming and have gotten to know them. They are not a bad bunch, and you should take a second look.

Once the game releases, I don't expect to EVER post on revenantgaming.com as I will be in near constant contact via Ventrilo or in game chat.

I believe Riva has the "post a couple times in your first two weeks" rule simply to screen out people who are not serious about the guild. I don't think that after the first two week period they even check! Copy and paste your application again, post once or twice during your first two week probation, and a couple months from now this will all be forgotten as we are in game, KICKING JEDI SCUM ASS, and making new friends! Four months from now we will all be SWTOR vets and this will all be ancient forgotten history.

The whole matter seems to have gotten blown all out of proportion. Re-apply if you haven't already, and join us in opening a new game! A new era of multiboxing and MMO-ing!

Agreed. All kidding aside. The Revenant guild (pre release), is doing well. Sooo many of us boxers there. The guild will be quite secure for some time. Several people are starting out of the gate boxing (if able).

I am pumped to finally know most of the ppl posting on this thread! Been looking for WoW boxing info on DB for years, but have only registered recently and posted here in the SWTOR forums. I foolishly stayed on a server where I was the only boxer. Looking forward to being part of the Boxer majority in Revenant. (we get one vote for EACH character, no?)
