I know i've seen it around here, but after digging through the first 15 pages on the addon section i'm just gonna ask.

Its a world pvp radar addon, will tell when an enemy pops up near and when they target you etc.

I used Spy and Stalker. They check your combat logs to see if enemies are around. It also works if you mouseover anyone.

I use carbonite, its available at carboniteaddon.com and its a great multiuse addon (mining nodes which works with gatherer, pvp radar which can be ignored in certain areas if need be, quest HUD arrow with quest watcher, database of points of interest, and much much more) that replaces other addons which may save your memory. Either case I highly recommend it.
