Help with Bonelord in Iron Tombs

Just started doing T1s with my box. Have about 3 pieces of the T1 set bought on each guy and an assortment of boss drop for most other slots. I can not get past the Bonelord in Iron tombs no matter what I do. ANy suggestions would be appreciated.

team
Warrior - 51 Void/Deep Paladin spec (see ciderhelm sites) (These are the two specs I use to tank)
Cleric - Warden Specced
Mage - Chloro specced as splash healer
2 Rogues - Sabo/Ass specs

DPS - 650+ for each rogue. 220 or so for the chloro

Bonelord -

This boss as 2 spells that hit anyone in LOS. One is a skellie summons. For each person in the LOS a skellie is summoned as an add. This is not the problem. The second ability is an LOS fear. This is unresistable. I can not get the coordination down to get everyone out of LOS in time nor have I hit on a strat to ride out the fear.

Anyone had any success?

He's really easy once you get used to it. Position your team at the doorway to the room he walks in a circle in. Tank him in that room standing, literally, next to the corner of a pillar. Upon each emote, strafe your team to the left (use the wall as an LOS block), strafe back to the doorway once the "cast" goes off. Use the pillar in the middle of that room as an LOS block for the tank.

Rinse/repeat and he goes down. You shouldn't get a single add or get feared at all.
