im just wondering how to set this up, i use ` as Thunderstorm/typhoon on my caster teams, but want to set it up as IWT on my DK's, would all i have to do to get it working is, untick the round robin box on that key is ISBoxer when i want to play my DKs?

That's one way to do it.

Another way to do it is to keep separate ISBoxer profiles per team.

Another way to do it is to use one profile but with different Key Maps per team. This part of the ISBoxer FAQ (http://isboxer.com/wiki/FAQ#I_added_a_new_Key_Map_but_the_Key_Maps_toggle_ does_not_disable_it.3F) will provide additional info that helps for this way.
