5v5 stats after day 1

Granted, I know it's only day 1... but I'm expecting more boxer vs boxer play in the arena this week - ran into 2 of you last night (I know I'm at least doing a ton more games just for the guild xp). Bored at work so I looked at the top 5 teams on each BG for boxer representation so far.

Bloodlust - #1 & #4 teams
Rampage - #2 team
Reckoning - #2 team
Retaliation - #1 & #2 teams
Ruin - #1 & #2 teams
Shadowburn - #1 & #3 teams
Stormstrike - #2 team

Someone already made reference to this on the arena forums - I'm waiting for someone to point it out more clearly. :)

It does look like a lot of boxers are up there, but its only the first week. hopefully once people start playing more games the boxers will still be near the top!

Smoke just mentioned this to me. I think it's hilarious that we're #1 and #2 on retaliation. I giggled.

Sure have been quite a few boxer vs boxer matches. I've gone against one mirror team (4 DKs + Priest) and what looked like a 4box mage + mage team. Good times, great way to start the season. :)

Hey Alemi and Yahtzee. I came across your shaman teams in AV over the weekend. I was playing my new 4x DKs. I have yet to convert my Prot Pally into a healer and begin the gear crafting/grind. Not really looking forward to learning to play from the Pally's perspective.

That AV game was a blast. The other alliance players were getting so pissed off by you guys. I was telling them the shamans weaknesses, but they were too confused to listen. They were even getting pissed off at me just because I was a boxer. I was LOLing the whole game. Wish there were more of those. I haven't really seen any other serious boxers on Scilla yet.

I won 9 games and lost 7, that makes me #2? That is hilarious. My rating is only 868.

I can't remember if we won or lost that game, but I do remember having a blast at the horde base gate farming HKs as they just kept pouring back down from the graveyard.

If we were turtling in the base, I'm sure our team was raging too. People unconcerned with whether we won or lost, but wanted to be in and out of AV in under 10 minutes. The ones that scream "JUST LET THEM WIN!" in battleground chat. Those people must have a lot of fun playing this game.

Always a good time to see another boxer in a battleground though! It was loads of fun, hope to see you around in one again sometime. :)
