is it possible for Power Auras to track lightning shield on all my windows and then display an icon on my main window, 1 for each shaman?, if so, how would i do it?

You made me look this up because I was curious of this myself. The answer is yes, it is possible to monitor
certain party or raid members on one or all of your screens.

In Power Auras, fill in the information like you normally would for yourself. Then, on the first tab where you
select the buff/texture/conditions there is a check box at the bottom called Unit Name. Check the box and fill in
the name of the character in question. Rinse and repeat for each party or raid member. Once you have this set
up on one character you can apparently share your powa config with other members while in game, although I
cannot seem to get the sharing portion of the add-on working at this time.

I just tested this less than 5 minutes ago on my Paladins with the Blessing of Kings buff and it worked. When I
removed the buff from whichever Paladin the aura immediately disappeared on my main's screen. I was in a
random inn with zero lag.

EDIT: I did get the sharing feature to work by manually copying and pasting the string that appears instead of
trying to automatically share between two characters.

Just out of curiosity, does this work for cooldowns as well? I love how the Hermes addon works but I would be surprised if Power Auras could track internal cooldowns of other players.

When you press Export or Export Set you're presented with 2 options: Export Auras or Send to Player. I
couldn't get the add-on to successfully auto-send so I had to copy and paste the text provided to each
character.
