I did a small amount of search browsing, didn't see anything -- figured I would share.
What you will need:
(1) - Guild, Level 21+ (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=83967)
(1) - *Warlock, preferably level 85
(2) - of your favorite toons
(1) - account with some spare character slots for Level 1's
*Note: If you don't have a Warlock in one of your teams, befriend one. If you don't have friends, use some of that gold from all your xmuting.
Recommended, but not required:
(1) - Mage, to assist with some porting to Dalaran, Shattrah City, etc.
Tips:
Getting to all the places takes some time, travel around with your team, and get to safe places for level 1's. Either right outside an instance or the summoning stones.
Summon your fresh Level 1.
Now with everything setup, /rewards
Make sure you are not in a raid, and have your Level 1 port your entire team.
Logout the Level 1
Use the summon stone to port the remaining toon.

Farming: Reins of the Raven Lord 32768
Onyxia's Lair
Farming: Reins of the Onyxian Drake 49636

Molten Core
Farming: Bindings of the Windseeker 18563 & 18564, Eye of Sulfuras 17204
Blackwing Lair
Farming: Elementium Ingot 18562
Karazhan
Farming: Fiery Warhorse's Reins 30480
Temple of Ahn'Qiraj
Farming: Rep, bug mounts. I usually stop at emps. I haven't tried them with my 4DK 1Paladin team yet.
Hellfire Citadel: Magtheridon's Lair
Farming: Gold (lol now), Quest item, Nostalgia bag, force of habit.
Ulduar
Farming: Achievements & mount -- Reins of the Rusted Proto-Drake 45802. Did it this week to help a friend. Thinking about doing more of them after seeing another Ulduar post.
Onyxia, BWL, TK, and Ulduar I bring a RL friend. He either tanks or dps. It's just much easier to bring a few people.
These ports are nice, because we can knock out some of these 1 shot raids faily quickly. TK > ONY > SARTH3D, boom, done.
