haha, it was fun. With it being AV weekend, been trying to grind a ton of honor. I also changed my strat instead of defending galv moving back to relief hut and just trying to delay them as long as possible. Seems we win a few more this way.

I whispered what I thought was your driver at the start, seeing that you boxed.

How you liking the shammys? I need to xfer one more to kilrogg then I will prob start leveling them again.

With over 250 AV wins I can tell you this is definitely the way to go. If you can keep 2 towers. Either FW base or IB/TP and a GY close to them you can delay all the alliance. I prefer IB/TP, since Alliance tends to group up in front of drek on the famous 'hill' doing nothing. FW towers are close to that, TP/IB aren't.

Run on the outer edge of the spiral and you should have no problem. Strafing to the edge while running up can help. I use run with mouse and hug the edge.

Typically, during non av weekend, I would go to galv and wipe them. With the weekend and people wanting to rush, a lot of games are won just with 2 towers down and zerging. Maybe in a few months when everyone has fireland gear, we will begin to see the 6min blitz again.

ya, I get my guys between the towers on the hill, try to get as many as I can. I don't worry too much about them sneaking in the towers. I just want to block the initial rush, keep the GY, then I recap the towers.

I am still amazed to this day. I remember when AV first came out and now, 6-7 years later? Horde still do things that I question.

Depending on what's going on, sometimes a turtle is caused, so I will rush to relief hut and cap it. I love the people that follow you, and won't (or don't) go cap north or south towers.

this av weekend was nice before the season opener. Everyone now is in full season 9 epics. I just got the dks to 85 maybe 3 weeks ago and having a blast.
