Hey,

I haven't played WOW in years, but when I did, I always wanted to try out multiboxing but didn't really want to spend the money on 5 accounts each month. Now that blizzard lets you play free up to level 20, i thought it would be the perfect time to try it out.

I got everything setup, but when I logged in on the starter accounts, it tells me that start account characters can not form groups.

Are there any add-ons or methods I can use to get around this?

Nope, definitely no addon or anything is gonna fix that. Allthough I not sure if those limits also exist on Recruit A Friend accounts.

You want to recruit a friend for each account you want to play from your main/paid account. And play those. Recruit A friend(RAF) gives you 300% XP and summoncapabilities.

just add all characters to friend list on all accounts.

I started a few starter acnts via RaF and they were able to group fine.

just add all characters to friend list on all accounts.

This and you need one main accont.

Add each other to friends lists, ask a nice normal player to invite you and your 3 friends to group and promote someone leader, then never drop group.

Free 4 boxing at 20 for life :p

If you log out for too long it drops group for you.

I believe if you are in a raid group it leaves the group together indefinately, or at least a longer timeout than regular groups.

I wonder how long it will be before someone figures out that they can farm for months at 20 farming low level stuff linen wool etc, then pay $5 to activate the AH, then let the account die, and make another... NVM that sounds too complicated for not much reward. Good for potential boxers though :)

raid does work and you can change it back to a party (rightclick says change back to party) a server reset my kill the raid group though.

For anyone that would like to 5 box for free to level 20 i would get one paid account . then the 4 other clones are free then stop XP on the main accont at level 20, for that group.
