Hi, Brand new to MB'ing and 1st post here. Read all the info and how to's, got HKN & Jamba (somewhat) set up w/ WoW and got pretty much all the basics working, except looting/gathering for quests on slaves.

I just started 2 identical race/class (warlocks) toons, and was hashing out the set-up and macro building via the very helpful
guides on these forums, but I cannot seem to see/find if anyone had put out a guide or posted a thread on how to get your
slaves to loot/gather quest items from corpses / static wheel-click type quest items that you cannot target.

Specifically, the problem I'm running into is looting Cactus Apples and Scorpid Worker Tails by my slaves.
I'm sure this is a relatively easy problem to overcome and has been dealt w/ by many a pro multi-boxer, but I can't find nor figure
out how to get past this minor speedbump.

If someone could direct me towards a thread or possibly post a quick response on how to make these actions seamless, it
would be much appreciated.

If it is not target-able, you must manually click it. If it is an item dropped off a mob, use interact with target.

Ok.Yah, I've been messing around w/ clicking in the general area and it's been picking/looting the static item.

Is there any way, macro or otherwise, you can use to set up you master and all your slaves to be on the exact
same spot / facing direction so that you can use movement keys to move all your clients instead of using
/follow ?

That would probably solve my clicking issue too.

No. Even the slightest bit of lag or the slightest variation in facing will cause your toons to progressively veer off from each other. People only use the movement your describing for things like crossing phasing lines, moving out of fires and other limited action that does not require accuracy.
