octipus max fps probløem

im using Octopus_1.3.8

i am new here and im borowing my firends account ones in a while and i wan duel box in bg and my pc isnt so good si i wana set max fps really low so my main gets more fps and i have tryed set my max fps but nothing works so far i have set it to 5 fps just to lower it alot but still it gets over that and they both have the same fps any idea what im doing wrong here is a piz of my setup in the program
please help me i really wana do this :D

You need to obscure your email account login info in that pic. ;)

In that pic, do you see the Name and Value boxes bottom right?

Click "New" above them.

For maximum foreground window FPS of 10:
Name: maxfps
Value: 10

For max background window FPS of 10:
Name: maxfpsbk
Value: 10


Then load your WoW clients and they should all use the desired settings.
