Simple (nooby) macros

so i just made a team and i was wondering what were some of the basic macros i should have.

i have made some that look like this already
/follow
/assist
/cast

what else should i need to get going?

If u use ISboxer / jamba, u realy dont need a follow or assist macro..

oh.. im using pwnboxer and i am also using jamba... but any useful macros that are simple to understand please share. or tips

It would be helpful for us to know what your team make up is and what you want to accomplish. And I assume you are playing wow?
