EQ2 & Innerspace - Mouse Clicking

Hello all,

I just got ISBoxer & Innerspace working on my 2 computer setup for EQ2. The only problem is I'm reluctant to give up my normal style of play and start using ALT 1, SHIFT 1, and so forth to cast my spells. I've been searching the forums to find a walkthrough on how to set up mouse clicking for innerspace but everything I've found requires some element of WoW (Healbot, FTL, etc).

Is there a walkthrough anywhere to set up ISboxer in EQ2 to use mouse clicks instead of the keyboard?

what are you trying to accomplish?

I spam keybind 2 for my dps and use 3 for my healer. 4 for aoe heals/dps. 1 for heroic starters.

Any of ISBoxer's in-game widgets will help you on your quest to click.

Click Bars (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Click_Bar) will let you set up anything you want as clickable buttons, so long as you are willing to figure out how to map them
Repeater Regions (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Repeater_Region) will let you automatically broadcast clicks over certain regions, like if you wanted to just click on some icon in the game and have it go to everyone
Video FX (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Video_FX) will let you make live interactive views of all or parts of other windows, if you are using Windows Vista or later, with Aero enabled

Yes, a lot of the tutorials that people have made are from WoW players, but the process of setting up a Repeater Region, a Click Bar, or Video FX is no different from game to game. FTL is for auto-assisting, you can leave that part out of whatever you're configuring. The only thing that is different from EQ1 to EQ2 to RIFT to WoW is what keys each window can press to do what in the game.

Would you mind explaining a bit how you have that set up? I'm trying to run at least 2-3 characters at once, but reading through all of the instructions is causing me a lot of confusion.

I'm assuming you have macros set up, but could you give me a brief example of one you actually use? I'm trying to make a pretty simple setup, but it's starting out very rough.

On my dps toons I have the following type of spam

Command /assist tank
Spell/Ability with longest cooldown
Spell/Ability with next longest cooldown
Spell/Ability keep going with cooldowns.
Spell/Ability with lowest cooldown at the end for spamming.

For my Tank its similar to the dps. Highest cooldown at top and work down.

I use these macros on key 2 and 3 of my bars. That way when i go to use my healer on 3 i dont stop spamming my dps while i'm pressing the heals.

healer macro

Spell/Ability Regen type spell (tank) Heal spells ask you who you want to target. Leave blank for whoever has aggro
Spell/Abillity Fast heal (tank)
Spell/Ability Big heal (tank)

And then on button 4 i have my aoes. Healer set for group heal and DPS are set for aoe dps.

Much appreciated Oat! I was trying to make macros like those, but it didn't seem like they were working properly. Looks like I just need to play around with them some more. Thanks once again, I really appreciate it.
