Hello everyone, I hope you are having a pleasant evening or morning - wherever you are located in this wonderful planet.
As of right now I am having the unfortunate experience of being repeatedly rejected whilst purchasing Cataclysm on some new accounts I am attempting to setup for 5boxing.
I would like to politely inquire if anyone else has had trouble before? I have successfully purchased Cataclysm on one account, but for some unknown reason it is getting declined on the second account. I cannot use a different card, it will still get rejected.
I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction. I am also wondering if anyone else has experienced this aggravating issue?
Thank you very much for any input, or for sharing your similiar experience.

Yes, people have had the same problems before and it is usually their bank and not Blizzard. Your bank may
have a 24 hour line that may be able to assist you in such an hour of the night.

It's not my bank. If you actually read my post you'll see that I tried a different card and it got rejected. I have contacted both card companies and they are not showing any transactions attempted. Therefore I can heartily conclude it is Blizzard's fault.

Darn, I was so sure I had the right answer.
Blizzard always claims it's your bank, even though it never actually is.
Easiest and much cheaper way to upgrade accounts is to walk to your local game store, purchase retails, enter cd keys to battle.net, enjoy

Sadly, this usually isn't a prevalent problem, but it does seem to happen in the middle of the night, the middle of a weekend or right at the beginning of a vacation period.
DAMN YOU, MURPHY! YOU'LL GET YOUR JUST DUE ONE DAY! :p

Maybe it's your ip address?
i remember trying to buy copies online before and it would only do 4 per ip address. I had to use a different computer to buy the 5th.
Maybe they changed it down to 1?

Call Blizzard Support and they can put it through for you. I had the same problem and I gave them the CC info and they put it through for me.

Okay now that I've calmed down and had a nights sleep, I'm on the phone with them right now.

That was it, Maelick was right. You have to call them and the blizz person will manually put in the information and it'll work.
I knew it was odd because normally the card company will blow up my phone for fraud alerts, but when I woke up today there were none.
Sadly I have chores to do, no time to play >.<

I remember this now... I did go out and buy boxes and upgrade that way. My bank shut off my card but if I went to store I could by 5 copies at once and no problem, even buy time cards as well.
