Good server for Alliance?

I've been playing Alliance on the Stormscale server and the BG's are just abysmal. Alliance wins maybe 20% of the time. I've tried playing at different times of the day, different days, etc. My friends that also play on the server experience the same problem. Anyone have any recommendations for a server where it's more 50/50 or even in favor of Alliance? It'd be great to be able to win an occasional BG (regular, not rated).

Hmmm, I thought BG's were still limited to battle groups? Is this not the case anymore?

I think ( I could be wrong here) that they removed it , some time ago.

So I did a little Google research and managed to find this:

I guess that means it really doesn't matter what server you end up on for BG's. Does that mean that alliance is simply terrible at BG's? Is anyone else experiencing this? It's been very frustrating. My friend and I tried 4 random BG's in a row on our 85 Allys and we lost them all. Horribly. We played on random, AV, on our hordies and won easily.

Stormrage is a older well established Alliance dominated server... but I play horde so I can always find someone to kill. Its AH is rocking and is always busy. Finally, they PUG cata raids and some hardmodes on that side of the server. You never see horde pugging raids on Stormrage due to our smaller size.

For PVP, there is a good participation and turnover in TB daily. BGs are decent, I have been horde side for over a year now but when I was allaince I was winning between 1/3d to 1/2 of the BGs I was in.

He's pretty much dead on. Tich has a lot of notoriously famous Alliance arenajunkies on there, and that server seems to produce a lot of high end teams. There was a massive movement there when Reckful started over there.

I've done two honor grinds this expansion, both in AV's at level 85.
Feral x5 and DK x4 + Paladin.

Alliance wins 35-40% of the Alterac Valley games, overall.
A 5-boxer doesn't make that much of an impact on the team.
Poorly geared, we still basically won one in slightly more than three games.
Very geared and able to take 3x my number of hordies at Belinda or catching them coming out of Galv... we don't win all that many more BG's than before.

I pretty much only queue for the larger BG's, unless it is another BG's bonus honor weekend.
