Hi
well have been meaning to post a vid of my dk blood team for a while..at time of vid they were 65 ish if i remember right

This was from my stream on justintv and i have added some music to it..its not perfect..and not hd unfortunately, this is my first try..so maybe i can re do it when i have had a bit more time to experiment..

i do not claim to be a brilliant multiboxer and it is only ramparts..but i did this too with no ui..just for fun and to make it look a little differant :)..i was also farming the sword at the time and did not complete the whole instance so i could keep resetting it...

anyway hopefully it will embed here..so have a peek :)

EDIT: Just a repost of a video i made a while ago, this was purely for fun, hence no ui while i played, running into large groups to pull mobs etc

it was actaully taken from a stream i did and then just added some music, its not edited, its definitely not error free, loss of control, slaves not fighting, single death grips..etc you will find/see that here..but..again it was just fun...

I seriously would redirect the error facing messages to your main, raid warnings whatever your boxing setup has (jamba for example) your guys are extremely idle. Mostly with ITW concertina issues. This would dramatically effect your damage output and obviously input from mobs. Being idle for a few seconds frequently per character with slow two handers is a big problem.

I think there is a lot of work to be done with the execution of the pulls, I would consider putting deathgrip on a slave round robin or similar. A lot of the caster pulls for example would smooth out. Leave the main's deathgrip in reserve.

Abusing death grip I think is a big deal for your group, spreading the damage and the shutdown.

I would suggest having a slave named your offtank, have a rotation where 3 other slaves assist that character. In this you would be working on transitions and setup of additional mob and let the slaves grind down someone, they also would likely loose the facing issue ... So "you pick target in melee, all assist + iwt you, all unroled slaves assist offtank, you do whatever". The feel I got was that you were all assist main which made transitions increase idle, produces a lot of overkill, and contributes to slaves expeditions.

With my melee team I basically did the above but rotated slaves roles on demand. This allowed some damage spread.

hi :)
Thankyou hpavc for your comments :)

i do have to say too that this was just done more for fun than anything else..i do have my deathgrip setup on each slave..and i could have used it that way...but i just wanted to run in and go with the flow..it was more just for entertainment than anything..hence the using no ui etc..
but yes..i take all you say with thanks..its good advice and something i will definitely do and heed your words

and yes having watched the vid myself closely i did seem to be hitting my assist key far too much during the fights.and yes they do all just assist me..hence the facing.and making the slaves..face me,face the target, face me etc..which would like you say just kill my dps..bad habit i think..pressing the iwt key and pressing assist key too much..when i should be leaving it alone......and a lesson learned..i will look into changing that..

any advice is always welcome..thankyou :)

EDIT:

As a mini update..have been trying couple of the above things..

i made one of the slaves an offtank and went into battle..certainly helped with the facing issues..and mowed through groups of mobs..only slight problem was iwt went into overdrive.
.(which was why i had a key set for them to keep following me during a fight so i kept them close..but obviously this is counter productive during a fight..loss of dps)

so a few times..i had slaves seemingly pick a target at distance and run off toward it..with me realizing to late..resulting in either slaves running into walls or leaping lemming like off bridges..or suicidally pulling more adds onto me lol.

.i stuck with it..never one to give up when trying a new way..but i felt i Gained with slaves keeping to their targets, but lost the feeling i had comfortable control over them..

ohh side note..probably best to confess i am using that software..that was not to be spoken of,but now can be spoken of ...pwn**** i feel guilty typing it hahah(so no round robin etc ) cue much face slapping from dual boxing regulars and told you so pointing. ./sheepily i know,i know :((

As for the pulls and lack of round robin..i do have each dk with a separate deathgrip bind key and an all for one targetenemy and hope it pulls differant mobs lol
(oh god how embarrasing, ground opens up and swallows, me Grinch worthy)
but anyway i will have a tweak and try a few more runs...using original way..but not hammering so much on the keys to have them face me,face target..and may put it here if i can improve on it..

failing that..

i will and should have a go with isboxer,i believe there is a trial one to try...i think maybe im just avoiding the "complicated look of it"..its no doubt not, most definitely not
just me being guilty of running keyclone and pwn**** press and go so to speak...
so anyway..enough of my mumblings..back to experimenting..toodle doo

[ This space may contain another rubbish..erm vid in the forseesable future.]
