Easiest way to set up 5 RAF accounts?

Ok this might seem stupid question, since my first team have achieved nice things for a few months already, but I remember I had troubles with setting the team up, or actually setting RAF up.

All I had was my main account and then I invited 4 trials (same e-mail than main) via RAF.
I linked all slave accounts to main account (A<->B, A<->C, A<->D, A<->E), so no chaining there.

Started leveling, and at lvl 20ish, I had to upgrade trial accounts to Vanilla.

Upgraded accounts B C and D via Digital Purchase, paid with my Visa.
Had troubles upgrading account E (error #203), since I had 3x covering funds taken from my bank account, and the 4th didn't complete until few days (suspicious transfers bla bla). However my bank said there's nothing blocking transfers..

Since Battle.net account currently can handle only 8 game accounts, and I need 10, I decided to make new Battle.net account with 5 game accounts to it linked the same way than on my another team.

My question: Is there easier way to do this? If I buy 5 Vanilla retails, can I still link them together, or do I really have to soil my hands to this 4 trials-account upgrade fails-crap again? :P

you dont have to go through the trial account rubbish.
you can simply set it up as you would a normal startup

create new Battlenet account:
activate the first vanilla install from purchased code
send out the five raf links from this account (if you want them all inked to this account)
click on the referral link in the email and setup the account putting in the purchased vanilla codes when prompted

(if have found from prior experience its easier picking up battlechests than the hassle of digital downloads and the wonderful #203 error )

ok maybe I'll just order 5 battlechests, since online paying is the living hell when it comes to Blizzard.

Wonder if they ever get an idea for shopping cart, so you really could buy like 5 digital downloads at once, instead of individually shopping, and then receiving nice bunch of errors.. :)

Also going to study these forums even more for tricks how to run 10 accounts on one computer, or probably just buying another computer for those 5 more accounts.. I think this is going out of hand soon ;)

My plan is indeed to expand Team Beeq with 5 more mages, but going to level tank+3 beeqs+healer as well for testing how would it go, 90 days is a long time ;)

with raf you will easily get at least 7-8 teams to 60
(i'm currently on my 5th team after 3 weeks)
