Ugh where do I start? Well first of all Im stuck in Billings, MT for the next few days and there is nothing to do. Good thing I brought my GFs laptop right?

Well, not so much. Turns out mouse look is especially difficult on a Mac. It will very slightly turn when you want it to turn fast. How do I fix this? I went into mouse options and turned sensitivity way up and I also did that in game too. Is there anything to turn it up more? Seriously I try to whip a 180 and it will turn about 40. This is with that magic mouse thingie. Took me forever to figure out why I didnt have a right click either.

Any Mac tips would be hugely welcome!!

edit: also don't suggest that abomination "inertia" to fix my mouse problems. It's hugely inaccurate and I think makes that game actually harder.

I have tried using one of those magic mouse/mice..... I was about as frustrated as you were.

I would strongly suggest buying a 2 button mouse for gaming, even if it is a cheapo one.

Once I stared using a regular mouse on my MBP mouse turning worked as normal.

One other option you could try is a third part mouse driver like usboverdrive. I don't know if that will help or not though.

Edit: bad grammmaaarrr

I feel your pain.

It's cool for the wow factor, but the funtionality is lacking.

I ended up buying a Logitech Nano for my MBP, as the magic mouse was rubbish for wow. (try doing the both button press for run on it :P )

That mouse is great for all but gaming. The top is essentually a track pad. You might learn to adjust but it is like switching to trackball for FPS for now.

I don't think UsbOverdrive will change anything. Magicpref will give you more options.
