Mmm hmm... after seeing those videos, 5 Mages is definitely on my list of teams to bring up to level 85.

Already got 3 human mages at 80-85 but having 5 gnome mages is just so much win, maybes ualaa wouldnt mind me taking a couple of his gnome names.

Biggest mistake i made during RAF is not having 5 gnome mages or 5 gome warlocks.
Got 5 human locks which is just meh. ive not done the 1-60 content since cata so hopefully its alright.

Still in goblin starting area, but I'm having a blast playing the mages. Took the opportunity to dig into the secrets of isboxer to setup the team probably including video feeds to manage procs (well only arcane missiles for now) and anticipating on the future. Judging by the tools the mages getting along the road and stacking those ... pfff talking about OP :)

Since I'll never play alliance, goblins are the way to go for me. All mages will be engineer, combined with goblin bank access, portals, food, ... have all lvl 25 guild perks (mass res, summon) and got them all shoulders, chest, head, back, pvp trinket and staff heirlooms.

Really looking forward to the levelling process (not planning to quest but hit instances & bg's when near the end level of the respective bracket).

This team is incredible fun to play so far. At level 13 I did a full clear of RfCwith having only 1 toon dying on first boss. Just need to come up with a better way to CC and isboxer. Thinking to go round robin rather than 5 separate buttons.

I bind a key that cast sheep @focus then manually set focus of what I want sheeped on my guys. This way all I have to do is mash the key again and they will try to resheep if their target is still alive.

my CC for shamans worked well for mages.

I have "Shift+F" in ISboxer set to "focus" current target
and then "F" is set to CC focus ( /cast [@focus] Polymorph )

this way, you just target different mobs on different windows, and then you can focus all at once, target your first DPS target (in case it cant be sheeped.. and then CC and then DPS right away.

Also, I have thought about using alt+1 - alt+5 for focus, so you target one mob and hit alt1 and the next alt2 etc etc on main and the alts will focus them in sequence (one mage per mob, obviously) and then one CC button again.

Anyway, just my 2c
