Not sure if it was brought up or not, but with the Ascend a Friend program the rewards are available to each character.
So each of my characters got the fiery mount.

No bonus xp like WOW, but you do get to keep the Teleport ability permanently.

I should be more specific, only the account that sent out the friend requests gets the rewards (dog, hat, and mount).
But unlike WOW where only one char got the special mount, each of my chars on the one account received it.

I can post a screenshot of the mount if you like, but its on Rifts site as well.

Does this mount require the higher mounted speed before using it? OR even what speed is this mount lol

The mount is just like the Collector turtle mount.
It is usable at first meeting of a mailbox.

It scales to match your highest speed mount.

Yeah I waited. Not because of rewards program, but money.
That and I wanted to experience most of the game single style first.

But DirectToDrive had a 1/2 off special for the collectors plus some extra stuff to the first 500 people that 'liked' their facebook page. I couldn't pass that up.

A clarification on this, you only got the fiery mount on s single account, not across all of the accounts? From my reading, it would take 3 game purchases PER account to get the firery mount on all accounts. SO for 5 accounts to have the fiery mount it would need 15 people that you referred to purchase the game.
Correct?

That is correct. Only the account that referred other accounts received the mount.
