They are at the top. They are posts that do not fall down when newer posts are made, so that they receive more attention than most. Usually generic helpful information :)

hey xzin... i think if we had his ip address, and considering how many machines a community like this has at our disposal... i'm pretty sure he wouldn't be able to come back to this forum.. or any other.. for quite some time.

We do have his IP but no need to ramp it up to that level. Because then, his entire ISP would take a dive and he couldn't even play WoW. Or Hello Kitty Adventures.
