Feature Request - Pass Only

Hi Rob,

I love the DNP toggle, it really improved my setup however it has shown a feature that would be extremely useful, a Pass Only list.

This would function similar to the DNP (and be on the same toggle) but would prevent that key combination from reaching the current focus and be sent to all clones.

so you'd want the key to go to all clones.. just not the focus one. hmmm

there is something in the pipe that might fill the requirement... but i'm being quiet about that for now :D

I use two PC's, I find if I mute the leader's pc, and send the command on the clones it seems to be doing exactly what you're talking about. Assuming you're in the same position, that should help til a new feature comes along.

I'm finding the lack of a DnP toggle over-lay can sometimes make thing confusing. Not sure how hard it would be to impliment (or if anyone other than me would like one) tho.

@Atorifan, unfortunately just on one PC atm (moving to 2 but the second will only host 2 instances

@Droopz, I have KC visible in a 2nd monitor so I can see all the override options and whether they are on or not. Which also means my FPS is not impacted by the mute overlay.

fyi.. with v1.8e, there should be 0 impact of the overlay. prior versions had an impact as it would redraw the MUTE label 20-40 times/sec, but that is no longer the case. the pop-up dialog does not redraw like crazy (although i have considered an animation sequence of 5 times/sec)

try re-enabling the overlay and see how that goes for you. and don't forget, you can move/resize it (click-drag the middle of it)

you can always pull up the message of the day by right-clicking the tool tray icon and select 'message of the day'.

i have also added a FAQ menu option with a few links to the forums here. (there has been no feedback on those)
do they help anyone? should i continue to add more links to helpful posts here on the forums?
