Help with professions for Priest / Lock setup

I currently have my 4x shammies @ 280 LW

And my 4x Locks & priest have 300 Tailoring. is there a 2nd profession i can make all my locks & priest have? All having tailoring will help when I need transmutes done, I also know having 1 enchanter will be helpful. would there be any advantages or disadvantages having them all enchanters? or would it be better to make them all engineers? Any suggestions would be helpful

Making them all enchanters would give you the ability to have ring enchants for each of your characters.

I don't know if the engineering head pieces are better than those you can make with tailoring (or get easily with other means), but having at least 1 engineer would be nice for the mote-extractor if you choose not to go all enchanters.
