From the PTR release notes:

"Move Pad is a mouse-click interface for movement which is now built into the base interface."

This could be quite nice with selective mouse broadcasting for moving toons.

Especially for those of you using Live Feeds in ISBoxer. Individual movement via feed should be pretty useful.

I never thought of it that way. I took it as a step moving the game to be played on tablets like the IPAD where there is no mouse/keyboard device.

Tucked into the end of the early 4.2 preview (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/2723732) is the following:


Move Pad is a mouse-click interface for movement which is now built into the base interface.

Might be of interest to us if it allows (perhaps eventually) for some kind of coordinated mouse-clicking.

This might potentially solve a lot of the issues we have with raiding and some instances due to moving. I'm excited.

No worries, it was in the macros forum, so figured best to converge 4.2 stuff here.

Now Svper will probably come in and merge it all again into a 4.2 superthread ;)
