I don't know about all you guys, but when ever I go AFK from my computer all my alts will be AFK, but not my main. I would hate for this to be happening because of keyclone. I just wanted to see if others experience this.

not sure what would keep your guy up all night... mine sits down on the job without hesitation

maybe you're stressing out your crew ;)

lol something like that.

Naaa but for real, I always go AFK then come back all but my main will be sitting and have a AFK tag on. It's weird.

Could it be just because when your toons follow you around - they're not actually "moving" themselves, hence going "AFK" earlier than your main? Jumping and different actions removes the "AFK" tag, while following someone around doesn't.

i experience the same thing with mine and i jump around alot. Could it have anything to do with the mains window being active and the alts windows not? Maybe that causes them to go afk faster?? I have noticed this a couple of times but I'm sure after long enuff main goes afk as well cuz i have came back to my pc and had all of them been logged out from being afk.

If all you do before going afk is running around w/ people on follow, then the people on follow should be afk before the main. If you run around long enough they will go afk even while following your main as long as you don't do anything with them. The follow will make them stand up, but they will still have the afk tag.

Ok lets try this again. So you all better understand me..

They all will jump, 2 seconds later I will go AFK for 15mins, I come back, my alts are afk my main is standing there. It's not a problem just making sure its not keyclone keeping my main from going afk.

i can tell you that it's not keyclone doing anything to your main. and if it was, it'd also happen to the others... so no one would be afk. also, anytime something is sent to a clone, keyclone's 'heartbeat' ticker will move (..O..)

i like Hotnutz's thought... try jumping on all your toons... then bring up a web page and browse for a sec.. insuring no wow window is active. THEN go away for 5-10 minutes.

see if you main is still not AFK at that point

I have noticed this on my main as well. I think its something weird with having a toon on follow. I noticed lately (I'm not a keyclone user and I was not using any dual-boxing software at the time) the same thing you are experiencing - AFK on my alts, not AFK on my main.

Or try exiting keyclone and jumping manually on all your toons, then leave your main client in focus.

Mine does this sometimes, too, but I don't use keyclone. Keyclone is unrelated.

yeah dude this happens to me too... it's prolly cause you hit 1 key right before u left that didnt transfer to ur alt and it reset your afk status and so when u came back, the alt was afk and your main was still waiting to afk

I gave this a try over the weekend with keyclone running, jumped on all chars at the same time then left the keyboard untouched. Oddly, not all of my characters went AFK at the same time, but it was within about 30-60 seconds of each other. I think Blizzard must have some random variable in the AFK check.

I tried it again without keyclone running and got the same results.

I have this happen also, I think its the TwoBox Toolkit mod that keeps the master from going afk.
