laggs in BG and instance server

i have insane laggs if i join the battlegrounds and instance Severs, Optimize networkspeed is [off]

(Tol Barad works without any problem)

jamba and isboxer is up to date

Deleted wtf cache and interface, and re-new all settings. ;(

nothing help.

any idea?

I would suspect addon but you reloaded them all. Uncheck "load out of date add ons" at the character screen/addons and see what happens.

Whats your ping during the lag situations?
