Problem with keyboard shortcuts in windows vista

Anyone know how i can change keyboard shortcuts in windows vista? Its kinda annoying because when i hit F3 (im using F1-F5 to heal my chars) windows trying open that 'find files and folders' crap (im not sure what is name for that in english windows). Its weird because when i was using keyclone 1.7 that wasnt problem but now it is.

That didnt work for me :/ but now im using keyclone 1.7u and that F3 problem just disappear so i think that was somethink with new PiP thing.
