Mine's easy.
3x
51 Chloro/6 Lock/9Necro
1x
51 Archo/15 Chlor/0 Dom
Justicar
46 Justicar/20 Sentinel/0 Templar
My humble opinion - 51 pt Archon is too good to pass up and they put out pretty stupid single target dps while providing the best buffs/debuffs possible. Stormcaller is great dps, but the micromanagement to achieve max dps is obnoxious to say the least (I'd rather go necrolock - which is my raiding main dps spec). Opportunity is pretty wasted on a SC as well since you're mostly GCD capped anyway with your spells (You'd only get a benefit on LightStrike or Icicle and since random is random, it's hard to predict). If you went SC/Ele you'd get the air pet spell buff + Tempest which is godly for that build. The only problem is it's a complete mana hog.
I don't know enough about warriors/rogues/healing clerics to comment on those specifics, but purifier is nice on paper but I much prefer sentinel/warden for instance healing. When I ran experts with healers, we'd not invite purifiers, esp deep ones, because the healing just didn't perform up to par on most fights. They don't have enough reactive abilities, imho.
Side note: There's absolutely no reason to go that deep in Archon on your Chloro and not get Flaring Power (32 pt skill) or Earthen Barrage (Tier 6 talent). Both are amazing and your 6 pts in Warlock are absolutely wasted for Sac: Mana. My main single toon was a chlorochon for instances and with this build I'd stay above 95% mana most of the time without using Empathic Bond, ever. In fights where I couldn't refresh Leeching Flames because I was spam healing, I'd pop Living Shell.
FWIW, my opinion.

stormcaller dps is sick and since it such a mana hog thats why he is warlock i was thinking about the 6 points in warlock on my chloro as it is right now she doesnt use it very much. but the dps build i have with the mage his dps at lvl 39 on 3 target trash is pushing 900 dps hits 1k on more boss fights its right around 400 dps single target. opertunity can proc off any spell but is only consumed by a spell that has a cast time. So opertunity gets used almost every time i hardly ever miss one when it procs. my rotations and delays in my ISboxer are almost dead on. As you said the Stormcaller/ele build is sick dps but it is a mana hog and the down time i find it better to use warlock in instances. i think thats the beauty of thisgame so many viable combinations u can really suit a buid to your play style. and with my cleric puri is nice it does exactly what i want it to do with all the absorbs and single target tank healing its great has not trouble keeping the tank up while my chloro debuffs then switched over to healing. its pretty much face roll atm in the balanced group chloro keeps the group up my healer keeps the tank up andthe splash healing is great too. thing is he never runs out of mana and thats important for my setup since he spam heals the tank and over heals alot.

Right. That's how opportunity works. However, my point was since most of your spam spells are 1.5 second cast, you'll get no benefit, since you'll still have to wait 1.5 seconds for the GCD to come up.

I have recently just gone through and done my builds as well. I was sick of chucking points any where while playing and then having to pay later to respec.
I play a trio - Warrior Cleric Rogue and have 2 specs each at the moment, one for questing and one for instances.
My characters are only 23 at the moment so this could all change (again) as they level.
Questing:
Warrior (http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=1cmhA.gxtdVzu0z.EgR0scbc0M)
Cleric (http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=10ajd.xV0qA0q0z.x0xb.Vx0ihh)
Rogue (http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=1MiNM.iIxM00hR.EMcfuxkc0Vz)
Instances:
Warrior (http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=1chEA.EMRhociszrz.x.gzqzuzk)
Cleric (http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=10ejG.xE0xa0oVz.x0xxbstsR)
Rogue is the same as above at the moment, not sure if the pet will annoy me in an instance yet.
I have also been playing another trio with a Rogue as tank:

ok i gotcha now. it still is viable for the 5% crit the 10%spell damage and 8% damage and dont forget infinite mana!

It is a playstyle thing and the same reason I didn't go into Warlord, I hate having to do finishers to get buffs. Now it might be completely necessary to be a functioning tank and if so I'll adjust but I'll test my way first.

why 9 necro?
One word : Consumption. Having an offensive dispel makes fights 10x easier, particularly certain expert boss fights. And there are particular ones that makes it neigh impossible to do without - Gedlo Council is such a pain if you can't remove the shaman's HoT, and they just make life abundantly easier regardless being able to remove damage shields, reflective shields, etc. Plus, its pretty fun in PVP, being able to wipe out a Pyros GOS or a Chloros LGV.
Since I took 6 points to get that and 6 points to get Sac Life: Mana, I dumped a few extras into Necrosis just for the little boost to the dot.
Edit: Reclaim Power in necro returns only about 70% of what Sac Life does and pets are valid targets for dots and AOEs (or Shadehorrors add summon) so I don't use them at all.
